Two Ways To Contract:

Hourly fee for contracted amount of hours

• On-going
• Term limit (per task with an end date)

Hours can be any split between basic and/or advanced services as predetermined between the contractor and the client.

2006 Fees:

The fee for basic services is $17.00 per hour.
The fee for advanced services is $25.00 per hour.

Depending upon the size and state of your business, the fee may be discussed and altered, if agreed upon by all parties.

How Do We Contract?

The process is relatively simple. If you would like to discuss contracting with me for services, simply call me weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. At either my office or on my cell phone. If we determine that I can do a job for you, the next thing you do is click on the contract link.

Contract link

Download a copy of the contract, fill in the job description, the amount of man hours (please check off “advanced” or “basic” please), and the fee agreed upon by both parties. Print the document, sign and fax it to me. As soon as I have signed and faxed the copy back to you, we have a contract and we’re ready to go. Please note that, in the remote chance that there might be contractual misunderstandings, a clause has been provided on the bottom of the contract to bind both parties to the NYS binding arbitration laws, for your protection.
